Cameron came out and worked around not being able to get in the basement. He was extremely helpful and made sure our curious cat didnt run out. I had this sick feeling like it was gonna be a headache becuase the basement access was blocked, but he pulled it off like it was nothing! Not only that, but they showed up WICKED fast and got us hooked up with some seriously wicked fast wifi. 10/10 would recommend!
My sparklight pass word is sparklightsucks. That’s my review. You can’t make multiple reviews so I’ll add to this one. I’ve been calling sparklight for the last 2 days. Finally got someone on the phone to switch my address. After a few more holds for her to “check the tech’s schedule” we finally got it set up. What a joke of a company try to cancel their service, on day 2 of them not picking up. I guess the better business bureau can hear about it now. No one should have to deal with this level of service just because they are moving. Quick to take your money and disappear whether the service works or not….
Lance McDaniel did a great job solving my problem with Main office of Sparklite, I’ve waited over 3 months to get 300ft of cable buried to no avail, He personally hand dug & buried the cable He is customer service, sure isn’t Corporate! Thank You so much,
