Terrible company. If you have any other option take it. My neighbors and I have been without internet for 5 days now. I called the first day and they had me Troubleshoot over the phone. They insisted it must be my router or modem even though I told them my neighbors internet went out at the exact same time. They scheduled for someone to come out the next day between 8am-5pm. I have been with Sparklight many years. Their service has been spotty and their price increases are ridiculous. I see that stupid rotating circle a LOT when streaming movies, and I lose service on a pretty regular basis from a few minutes to several hours. 6 days ago, I had Frontier fiber optic installed, and it is light years better than Sparklight.My download speeds went from 210 mbps to 390 mbps, but the change in upload speed went from 20mbps to 380 mbps. Worst installer ever. Didnt even do the full job or have tv boxes so I have to drive to get them now. Likely wont even keep service and wont recommend to anyone.
Just came back to Sparklite. Good to be home. The technician Aarin Williams was amazing. Explained everything very well. Set us up in record time and made sure everything worked before he left. This guy is awesome . Thank you Sparklite and Aaron.
I Love, kove Sparklight. With frontier we had to continually call someone out due to an outage or damaged internet wires They notify when there will be one. Excellent service
