Trevor Hampton from Ardmore oklahoma office helped me very well with setting up my fire sticks and getting me logged into sparklight TV
I stood inside the store thirty minutes to return my equipment while multiple people are joking around. Service sucks and apparently so does the Customer Service.
This business is only open for 20 hours a week! WTH?8:00 pm to 1:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday. What kind of business is only available to the public for 20 hours a week? It's unprofessional and unheard of. I think it's absolutely ridiculous!
Just switch to dobson. Better speeds for cheaper price
My internet service is still half of what I pay for after a month of trying to get it resolved.
