I went in to pick up my equipment at the Lebanon office... The lady in the office was very rude.....

Had a miss understanding with a tech who refused to do his job. They sent David out to fix the situation and he was great! Took him 20 mins and my internet is back up and running.
Eversince they switched from being fidelity to sparklight we have been having nothing but problem after problem. Most the the time anymore it doesn't work which is ridiculous. Needs to be fixed soon or im definitely not going to be a customer anymore.
