Dakota was our technician and he did such a great job! Stayed and helped us until it was done and we were just moving in so half the time he was here we didn't even have power yet! He was friendly and very knowledgeable, he helped us understand what he was doing before he did it. He put in a lot of work in a hot house and was still as nice as could be!! Great job!!
A young lady named Gracie Carroll helped me lower my bill. She was VERY helpful, pleasant and respectful. She took time to clearly answer my questions and the entire experience was a blessing.
BEWARE!!! This company will make it as difficult as possible to cancel your internet. It took me 3 months to cancel and they still are trying to charge me $190 for something I didn’t use. If you don’t pay they threaten to report you and try to ruin your credit. If you don’t want your credit held for ransom go elsewhere.
This is hands down one of the best experience i've ever had with customer service.She deserves a raise for absolutely outstanding job.Her name is Gracie Carroll. I would recommend this business for anybody who needs great service
