The Team at Sparkle place are amazing. Through out the past year I purchased my TV unit, hall table coffee table and lounge from them. Quality is amazing and staff are very polite and professional. Loved their service and quality.
Our personal experience was not so good. Bought two bar stools to replace our used ones from Office works as they were too old but still usable. We used them for almost six years without any issue while these ones were double the price and could sustain only couple of months. Both started to wiggle and we stopped using them in fear to break or fall. Won't hesitate to mention that they were being used by our kids most of the times. This shop is insane me and my husband sold all our old furniture and bought entire house of sparkle furniture it all matches its the most beautiful furniture and very high quality i have never seen a shop as amazing as this and the people that work their are so friendly helpful and very nice makes you just want to go back again n again they always have something new in and once you start with sparkle furniture you just carnt stop its is truly amazing go check out shop people you won't ever be disappointed. 2 very happy cust... read more
One of the most pathetic customer service I have ever seen. They never have a smiling face, keep following u everywhere.. Bad quality products while u touch u get to know..Anything they want to say u; they say manager is watching camera..How can anyone know about the quality without analysing it’s material. Once u asked couple of questions they don’t answer properly. Price tag are too high after that putting item on sale. And yes rightly said no customer support or gaurantee after you buy the product.
