They have wonderful customer service
Solma and Brenda customer service was out of sight. We’ve been through them all twice came here and they helped to the fullest. I will be returning because we have another graduation at the end of the year thanks Dale. We found the dress that she love
This place is Horrible we can’t EXCHANGE! They took an advantage of my daughter with a $300 dress! We don’t even want a refund. We just want an exchange and they can’t even work with us. Want to throw their policy at us. Ridiculous! Glad we are social media influencers so we can spread the word about this HORRIBLE PLACE!
Helped a friend pick out her prom dress. She found exactly what she wanted because they had so many styles, for all price ranges. Affordable racks or high end types also. they do their own in house alterations, what a stress savor. After alterations of only $40 for hem and legs slit, my friend got her perfect dress for $130!!
This place was such a gem! Beautiful, size inclusive, and budget friendly formal dresses. Khushi was amazing at helping me find a dress, get it tried on, and even stayed open a few minutes late to check me out so I could leave with my dress tonight! Will absolutely be returning for all my fancy dress needs and recommending to others! Big thanks to Khushi again for the fabulous customer service!
