Let me start with the fact our fabric honeycomb blinds had not been cleaned in 6 years. Sparkle takes your blinds down and to their trailer outside your house and cleans them using a ultrasonic process. At least that's the way it was described to me. We had 13 sets to be cleaned. When they put them back up, they even fixed the cord which had been hard to pull. Our blinds looked brand new again. If you need blinds this is the place to go! Very professional, fair pricing, wonderful communication, always on time, and enjoyable to speak with. If you are unsure what style or color you want they take the time to go over all their options and samples. I never felt pressured, or rushed through the entire process. I Love my blinds!
I contacted this business for a quote as I am getting quotes from many different places to compare. I asked many questions to which my response was: "we will not be sending out an estimate. I think with the other quotes you’re getting you would probably be at a better rate than what we could provide at this time for cellular shades because we do not have any promotions going on that is why we did not take the time to draw out a estimate.".
