Swimming staff are awful. They speak in disgusting tones, shout at people. Micromanage swimmers for no reason. Watched a group of girls get into the cold pool and feel cold and take like 1 minute to swim, they started screaming at them to start swimming or leave. You won’t be going for an enjoyable swim here, but will be visiting a dictatorship. My swimming lesson time was repeatedly changed without my consent, and when I arrived at the time staff told me to come, I was turned away because the class was full. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful, and made no effort to resolve the issue. Previously, they even accused me of cancelling my own membership, then charged me twice when I set up a new one because the original membership was never actually cancelled.
