Carlos and crew are seriously one of a kind. From specialized sports, weight and fitness training to rehabilitation of injury, they do it all. I started going to Carlos and crew in early 2020 for a fitness related knee pain. My knee got rehabilitated to full strength and more. I started working with there specialized team that developed A fitness program to fit the needs and goal’s I was trying to achieve. Spark Physiotherapy is now a family to me. I have never left and have integrated them as part of my fitness life.

We started at SPARK about two years ago for PT after my daughter was recovering from a broken ankle. We were interested in sport-specific (soccer) recovery for her so she could more easily progress to returning to the pitch. Since then, she has joined their champSTANDOUTS program and has been training weekly with Carlos and Marcus. It's been so great to partner with them through her journey, gaining strength, muscle and confidence.
