I used to think of myself as pretty athletic, but once my routine slipped, I wasn’t sure how to start again without burning out. Training with Dr. Carlos and David at SPARK has helped me rebuild strength safely while still pushing my limits. I’m lifting heavier, moving better, and feeling strong and capable again. Carlos and crew are seriously one of a kind. From specialized sports, weight and fitness training to rehabilitation of injury, they do it all. I started going to Carlos and crew in early 2020 for a fitness related knee pain. My knee got rehabilitated to full strength and more. I started working with there specialized team that developed A fitness program to fit the needs and goal’s I was trying to achieve. Spark Physiotherapy is now a family to me. I have never left and have integrated them as part of my fitness life.
