If you're looking for world class physical therapy and performance training, you have found the place. SPARK is hands down the place to go if you're in the DMV. If you're in pain, Carlos is a dry needing ninja. But more than that, he spends the time to actually get to know you, your goals, and work through all of your issues in a systematic way. Best of all, spark is just a fun place. The entire team knows you and makes you feel welcome. Stop in and you'll see what makes SPARK stand out!
As a 73 year old woman I was looking for folks who could help me stay fit and prevent future problems with my shoulder that I’d received steroid injections in the past for pain. After 6 months I’m stronger, have no pain and have learned how to avoid movement that caused the problem in the past. Spark helped me rehab after a broken ankle as well. Adam and Carlos are great instructors. I look forward to my visits to Spark. I highly recommend Spark.
BLUF: SPARK has made more of a difference in my pain and aided my recovery faster and cheaper than traditional Physical Therapy clinics and numerous visits to doctors did.
