Our group used Spare Wheels for our bus ride to the UIC Pavillion in downtown Chicago for an event we attended. The service provided was helpful and friendly from the start. The Bus showed up early, was new, clean, and comfortable. The driver was professional and friendly. The driver dropped us off at the front door and we were able to keep in contact with him throughout the event. When leaving the driver had us meet him 1 block away where he drove right up to us, we got on board and he drove away without having to wait in t... read more

Recently we had the pleasure to use spare wheels transportation for a very important event at the UIC Pavillion in Chicago. We were treated so nicely and respectfully from the first phone call to the drop off at the end of a perfect night. The bus we were sent was beautifully updated, clean and very comforatable. The driver himself couldnt have been more pleasant and stayed in communication with us at all times.
