Very disappointed, they abandoned helping me and blocked my number. I don't know what I did wrong. I expressed not having transportation and losing my place to live and now they won't help me.
The most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. I feel as though they are in competition to see who can do the least work for their clients! The state really should investigate the work they pretend to be providing.
Sparc services I needed a simple thing as a buss pass to get to and from a Job interview they couldn't help me with that. also the basic needs as furniture still NO Help with that. When I was in Asheville NC with the provider Vaya my Care manger Amelia Mention Was awesome. Vaya health Tailored plan made sure all of their clients had basic needs. No questions asked. I will be finding a better more reliable service that can meet the needs when it comes to basic needs.
