I’m simply sharing my experience—my first and likely my last visit. Got the combo via Kathy, who I’m sure is a lovely person outside the massage room, proceeded to torture me for 65 straight minutes. I asked her to go softer—apparently, that just wasn’t in the cards. I brought it up to the front desk. I thought it was worth mentioning… but the response? Absolutely nothing.
