Imagine being with a company 12 years and you were late on your bill once many years ago and they waived a fee for you graciously with understanding. Then here you are like 6-8 years later and you forgot to pay your bill for and you always pay early... They claim they contacted you on the 9th of that month... then shut you off on the 29th with NO CONTACT 20 days after the one call they made... then are forcing you to pay 70 in reconnect fees... which they wont waive or give you a break on ... cause you had it waived 1 time m... read more
Live close by in copper way apts. Mold in water every week! Heavy minerals so bad I can’t even move my faucet between sinks! Called twice, bu this continues to happen and it has been 11 months! So much pink mold that even my PUR water filter system can’t get rid of all it. Ruined TWO coffee pots now!!!!! Nothing is being done!!! So sick!!!
Make sure you pay your bill on time. These people have no mercy on families what so ever if your a day late. They will come on your property and shut your shit down! No emotion at all.
What a terrible company. This is the company that provides water to my mother’s house. There is no other option. They just raised the base fee to $72 per month before any consumption charges. No relief for seniors on a fixed income. How are people on social security supposed to afford that?!
