What a terrible company. This is the company that provides water to my mother’s house. There is no other option. They just raised the base fee to $72 per month before any consumption charges. No relief for seniors on a fixed income. How are people on social security supposed to afford that?!
If I was allowed to give zero stars I would. Spanaway Water Company claims to be above State and Federal Laws when it comes to starting new service. Spanaway Water Company is registered as a nonprofit organization, but refuses to work with payment plan options. The whole operation is a SCAM. BEWARE!

What the HELL!!! WHY IS MY WATER BILL DOUBLED??? What is this rediculous $21.00 "Capital" fee?? Did anyone VOTE to allow you to gouge us? For what, exactly, is all this money going for? According to your brochure', a lot of the contaminants in our water haven't been tested in almost 8 to 10 years? That is ridiculous! Also, why are we getting a filtration charge of $7..... for the EPA fee?? I know of absolutely no one who drinks tap water because it's so nasty.
