I booked the longest facial option originally and just wasn’t satisfied. In my opinion they just fill up the extra time with a facial massage and it doesn’t seem like anything extra is truly offered. I was told I could receive a discounted cost on a hydro facial in order to give them another try, once I shared that I wasn’t actually satisfied w the ‘results’ from the facial. I’ve gone to Spalenza twice so far! Staff is very welcoming and friendly! The waiting area is comfortable and I was offered a drink while I was waiting. I will definitely go back for another massage and waxing in the future and may even try a facial!
I went here for a haircut, definitely a super positive experience! Silvane took care of me in the best way possible, and at the end I was very happy with my haircut, relaxed and regenerated! I totally recommend it.
