My wife and I had a terrible experience with Richard Spain. He constantly missed important things during the process and then became very neglectful on responding to us once we paid their fee. Unfortunately, there were elements of the Will and Trust process that were not yet completed that were part of their fee that they failed to do. We tried, unsuccessfully, to reach Richard and his staff via phone and email and we never received one response.
