Excellent experience. Nearly all items arrived in perfect condition, with only a couple of fragile pieces being damage, and everything was delivered well ahead of schedule. Very competitive pricing and highly recommended.
We connected with Tasha from Spaeth and she is an exceptional agent. Extremely professional, always respondedquickly and took the time to explain every step of the process. We decided to go with another vendor and we greatly regretted it. I mean really and truly regretted it. She was so amazing she even helped me when I was having issues with the vendor we selected. Not our first rodeo. The Spaeth Transfer team is amazing. Their service was by far the best we've ever encountered. Every one we dealt with was incredibly helpful. Tasha was always quick to respond to all of our questions. Our moving day ended up being the hottest day on record for this year - 90+, but they kept hydrated and persevered with a great attitude. Amazing customer service! We are a military family with last minute orders trying to scramble around to move cross country in two days. After a moving truck rental fiasco (not from here) I called to see if the scales were still open. The lady (so sorry I didn't get your name) who answered the phone informed me that they had just closed 5 minutes ago. She was so compassionate.. she stuck around AFTER hours to help us out with weigh tickets. Thank you, you seriously made our day!
