Return policy is annoying, exchange or store credit only, and the store credit only lasts 3 months. Make sure you keep your receipt and even in returns as for a receipt for the store credit (the store attendant signed the receipt as proof which was weird). Spent money here but will not be coming back due to this rigid policy. Unfortunate, because I actually do like their stuff.
The only store in North America that doesn’t have return policy. And their cashiers don’t inform customers about no return policy at the time of purchase. I wanted to return the item that I bought a day before but I was told it is only exchange or store credit; I chose store credit but the cashier signed my original receipt as a proof of store credit!!! It was my first and last visit at Spadana Smart Living. Overpriced items. You could easily find all items in other places with half price.
I absolutely love shopping at the store! It's like my happy place. Every time I go, I discover some incredibly cool pieces that I just can't resist. And let me tell you, they have a wide range of items for organizing, so you can keep your life in order. Plus, the best part is that they're always updating their merchandise, so there's always something new to explore. Oh, and I can't forget to mention how friendly and helpful the staff is. They're always there to assist and make your shopping experience even more enjoyable.
The "Spa-DANA" sounds like a knock off of Dana Jordan store at Bayview which lacks the sophistication expected "in the most prestigious mall in Canada". The name lacks inspiration, uniqueness, originality, and high prices make it seem no different than an overpriced version of Amazon. The space could be better utilized to elevate the mall's reputation with a store such as LuLuLemon or New Balance? Wonder what happened to them? .... this is embarrassing .
