Space Massage Studio is my favorite place to relax and recharge. The atmosphere is quiet and calming from the moment you walk in. My massage therapist listened to what I needed and focused on my sore shoulders and neck. The pressure was perfect—not too soft or too rough. I left feeling way better than when I came in. Absolutely loved my experience! Staff was very kind and attentive. Maria is amazing. She listened to my concerns and provided suggestions for modalities and advice for stretches to reduce tension and stress on my muscles. The deep tissue and trigger point massages were 10/10. Will def be coming back!
Nico was great. I don't let too many people do massage with me because I can feel their energy but this was probably the best experience since my daughter did my last massage totally will book again
Space is probably the best massage studio in Phoenix. Every massage therapist has experience they customize your massage based on your needs and your body's needs which I feel a lot of "chain type" places lack. They're not just following instructions and "rubbing" a certain area for a certain amount of time, they take the time to feel your body out and understand what's wrong and massage accordingly. They also provide guidance on what you should do post massage to help your problem areas.
My husband gifted me a treatment at Space Massage Studio and it was fantastic! The midtown location was incredibly tranquil and the entire staff was so kind and made me feel incredibly welcomed and relaxed. Excited to come back and make SMS part of my care routine.
