We came in to open a CD and a savings account. We did come in around 5:30pm on a Friday (they close at 6pm) but that was unfortunately the only time that worked for us due to our work schedules and they’re closed on the weekend. Will happily let you get a secured loan on a paid off vehicle and then when you try to access the funds say that the transaction is fraudulent. Worst credit union member service in experience ever. Will be pulling all interest from this bank and refinance with a a superior credit union NFCU. This one will last a few more years and then get bought out by a bigger CU like they always do.

Went in to set up an account. Three attempts to spell a simple name correctly failed... Even after I spelled it for them all three times.(impacting account emails, back end actions and cyber) Five days of the wife and I trying to gain online access failed.
