I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Space Coast Credit Union in Ormond Beach. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the entire process was a mess. It took 2 hours and 25 minutes to complete what should have been a simple loan process for someone purchasing a vehicle from me. To make matters worse, they had me sign a power of attorney that wasn’t even necessary, showing a clear lack of knowledge about their own procedures. Worst bank ever! I would give zero stars if I could! The women at the Ormond Beach branch are very unhelpful, unprofessional and completely rude. I dread going into that place because I dread dealing with the tellers there. From the first day I opened an account there you could just feel the negative energy amongst those women. I've never in my life dreaded walking into a bank. If you ladies don't like your job, maybe it's time to find a new one. In the meantime, I'll be taking my $ somewhere else.

Went to cash my paycheck two days before the storm on a sunny day.Closed...are y'all run by Yankees? Wouldnt keep my money in a place that cares so little for others... Just saying

I have an auto loan through them. I setup automatic payments. I made a onetime payment to put extra towards the loan and found out this causes the recurring payment to skip a month. A onetime extra payment should have zero impact on recurring payments. This resulted in extra interest charges to me which I was trying to avoid by paying off debt quicker. It seems fishy. I’ll be paying off my loan soon and then closing my relationship asap.
