Walked in to cash a check. 11/28/25 around 12ish. Keep in mind I was the ONLY one in the bank. Only one lady acknowledged me rudely. They had like 4 ladies working and they just left me standing there for like 15-20 mins. Sad. Will not be going back to this bank again. Customer service is .

I love this bank always helpful. And they are aware of any fraudulent transactions and alert me.

Not enough staff. Some staff are rude at this location. some staff telling me I have to bring my car note for my car, my insurance told me that they mailed it to Space coast, they never told me that my insurance mailed in my car note lack of communication.

Believe the bad reviews. Don’t believe advertised interest. They over charge and no customer service. Terrible credit union. Terrible. Should give 0 stars.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Space Coast Credit Union in Ormond Beach. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the entire process was a mess. It took 2 hours and 25 minutes to complete what should have been a simple loan process for someone purchasing a vehicle from me. To make matters worse, they had me sign a power of attorney that wasn’t even necessary, showing a clear lack of knowledge about their own procedures.
