Worst experience. On hold for hour and phone hangs up . This was my 5th attempt . They do not answer the phone .. horrible experience
They are only looking to make a quick buck and will not be transparent at all to make sure you pay the most money. I have spent MONTHS trying to cancel paying PMI on my mortgage and they’ve made it as difficult as possible to do this. I am a severely disappointed customer after 4 years. If you’re looking for a credit union I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
Do not even try to get a hold of this bank on their toll free number unless you plan on staying on hold for an entire afternoon! Absolutely disgusting. When you are on hold for over an hour this is totally unacceptable. They also make it impossible to reach a local branch. Not everything can be done online even though this is what they expect of you.
