This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had with a bank. The inability to open accounts at the branch combined with total indifference from staff made it an easy decision to leave.
If you're looking for a business account, avoid SCCU like the plague. Every single transaction results in a locked card and a need to call them and get it unlocked. Absolute total amateur hour.
They don’t notarize non-space coast members they told me that they were bonded so they couldn’t notarize my document.
The online banking site forgets my laptop "trusted browser" about every 10 days, and I have to waste time authenticating. I've called them a few times to get it fixed, but nothing ever happens. In bill pay, I often can't cut and paste the amount. It's like they keep monkeying with the bill pay code, but never quite get it right. I'm shopping around for a new bank or credit union that values my time.
