I am the window inside being helped and some African American employee that had a office 3rd from the front door kept hovering. Then with no one asking her she interrupted and said a bank policy that the person at the window was already saying. It’s hard to hear two people at the same time and no one asked her for her help. Amazing customer service
Their automated phone system at headquarters in Melbourne is absolutely horrible. It's impossible to reach a customer service rep or loan officer even when you have their extension number. The system puts you on hold forever-no one ever comes to the phone. Waiting in a telephone queue for an eternity is certainly not my idea of good quality customer /member service. Adios SCCU👋👋👋
