They offer a coin machine and they refused to take it all rolled up but the machine's been broken for 4 months so when are they going to fix it. Why offer something that they're not going to fix it
My small business has done its banking there for over nine years. They stopped supporting Quickbooks and Quicken and gave me no working alternative to communicate between any accounting program and this bank. Forced to look for another bank after two months of waiting for a promised fix.

When first moving to East Hollywood I opened up an account here and they are absolutely amazing however sometimes the ATM does not work at times but I would generally go during 9 to 5:00 for deposit there has been twice that we have gone to deposit money and it's been down... but otherwise I do love making with them!
