I had experienced fraud on my card and was there to close my account and retrieve what was left in the account from the fraud. A young lady, small and latina came up to work with the new gentlemen who was helping me as she overheard the issue I had experienced. She then started speaking in spanish to the gentlemen thinking I couldn't understand. I spoke spanish to acknowledge that I could fully understand her speaking about me and my case.
