They had let a fraudulent check deposit out of my account, then the first representative I contacted said they'd delete the compromised account and make a new one. New account was made but the old account was never deleted and I couldn't see it or access it. I hadn't known it wasn't deleted and had sent out my fraud affidavit. The people here are always cordial and helpful!
The app and website are completely useless. The automatic payment system doesn’t work, so I missed my first loan payment. All this after calling the bank to ensure everything was set up properly. Tried to make the payment immediately via the phone system, which also didn’t work.
