Edit on 12.23.25, they have fixed the bugs and the app and website work fine now. Their App totally sucks, it's garbage. I'm tech savvy and I can't even make my car payment. I have to drive to the branch tomorrow and give them a check. What century are they living in? Unless you want to drive there each month to make your car payment, don't borrow money from SCCU. This is the second month in a row that I have to drive there to make my car payment. SCCU sucks!
This branch has a young hispanic imbiciel employee whom I firmly believe harrasses me. Twice in the last year has she refused to give me temporary checking account checks while my checking account is negative when using the overdraft priviledge bestowed by the bank to their members. I guess she did not get the memo and this priviledge is reextended to the members who pay it back in a timely manner.
