Was very upset this morning with a Juan manager... I came here on Saturday morning to take brochures with some information about credit cards , wanted to open one. The brunch was closed , but drive thru was opened, so I didn't get back into my car , because I was at the front door already, so I decided to walk around the corner to drive thru window. The girls who worked there were polite and wanted to give me few brochures but then the other worker Juan came there and said that I had to be in the car to take those brochures.... read more
If I could give zero I would. The app doesn’t work properly. Impossible to make a car payment from an outside institution. Have to call every month to make a payment which is not easy to actually get a person on the phone. No local branch. Closest is 50 miles away. Don’t walk from this institution run. Pay the slightly higher auto finance rate anywhere else. The .25 percent isn’t worth the aggravation !!! Terrible customer service. Literally go anywhere else. !!
Such an awful useless bank by all means!! Will have nothing but headaches and bad times if you bank with these morons!!
