Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff. Good services and products.
Great experience and customer service, had 3 issues that were giving me a headache and frustration but they were able to solve all of them and they’re very helpful people, business accounts require 0 fees and they’re the best physical bank I’ve ever been with.

Was very upset this morning with a Juan manager... I came here on Saturday morning to take brochures with some information about credit cards , wanted to open one. The brunch was closed , but drive thru was opened, so I didn't get back into my car , because I was at the front door already, so I decided to walk around the corner to drive thru window. The girls who worked there were polite and wanted to give me few brochures but then the other worker Juan came there and said that I had to be in the car to take those brochures.... read more
