The website is horrible. You have to get a code every single time you log in. I've been a member for over 2 years and then the texts don't go through so then they have to email it every single time. I just got off the phone it doesn't want you to speak to a representative. It kept asking for a member ID number I don't have one and it would say if you don't have one so you don't have one I did over five times it still doesn't let you proceed. It's the most unuser-friendly Bank ever.

There is no walk up ATM. So weird. So i walked up to the drive thru ATM. There is only one.

SpaceCoast on Cypress in Fort Lauderdale is shut down and empty. You wound think that at least, they would update their own website. What a joke

I called their general 9547045000 number to verify they have a working change machine. After 7 minutes on hold, a rep says yes. I ask for the number just to verify. She puts me on hold, comes back 4 minutes later, and says she spoke with them and yes, it is working. I drive 15 minutes, get there, AND SPACECOAST HAS CLOSED THEIR DOORS. THE PLACE IS EMPTY. And no, they have not changed the website. It shows they are still open
