Fail as a bank. I have two loans with them and went to trade my boat in and get a new loan. Everything is automated now. Denied me with no explanation. I called the 1-800 and was told everything looked good and they have no idea why the underwriters denied me. No way to talk to them. You are just a number to these guys. Look else where.
