Sarah is the best and should be the manager. This is the best branch because of Sara's great service. 👏
Hard to get anybody on the phone , took 3 weeks to get a loan finalized with a 880 credit score and no debt. Decent rates are the only positive thing I can say . If you are seeking your own loan for anything be prepared to hurry up and wait.
It is completely impossible to speak to a human being, the website is beyond awful, and the phone based customer service center is hopeless. All I want to know is what is the mailing address for loan payments! Since I'm stuck with this stupid institution.
