This is the 4th time I went through the drive through and it's closed after 5pm. Online and I asked in person before for hours which says 6pm. They denied it closes early. Nobody is there answering the drive through. Service is terrible, when you address this with them there more Interested in selling a car loan than Listening to what time or day this happen
Staff is friendly and welcoming. Always a pleasure to do business here.
This is the second crappy credit union review today. Called space Coast about opening accounts and applying for business loan, they try to get me to take a vehicle on. It sounds like all of their customer service representatives are overseas in India or some other foreign country. WTH is happening with the good old customer service type banks?
I am questioning the security of this institution after my 82 year old father received his 3rd card that was compromised the moment he got it. I also had a conversation with a gentleman regarding my account today and he was not helpful and asked for information that he did not need (my log-in username) after getting lots of other information. Security is not taken seriously enough and it is concerning. Who are you employing Space Coast?
