Open account for granddaughter so she would have a local branch. Weird and time consuming way to open an account. Being in finance myself, I have opened retirement accounts following federal requirements for customers in half the time. Other than that we still have no other transactions yet. I'll stick with giving Navy Federal and USAA my personal business.
Space coast is the best bank. Easy banking with super nice staff.
Nice people but online banking is horrendous. Joint account holders can't both get access to online debit cards, only the primary holder. I just wasted 45 minutes on the phone trying to solve this with no possible solutions.
Julia and her team are amazing. Julia is one of the main reasons I stay at Space Coast! So helpful and knowledgeable about the banking world.
