People do not have all day to sit on hold waiting for customer service we have a job to go to. I suggest hiring more customer service agents and stop relying on automated phone service.

The Centralized Customer Service is Terrible! The Managers hide. Won't pick up to assist customers when needed. Instead they keep the desk level rep in the firing line that don't have knowledge of the answers needed. Starting to look to move my banking elsewhere as I've had it. This isn't the first time with the lack of support from management
What can I say it serves a function but it's a bank and I personally have a love hate relationship with banks..This bank is well lit..spacious the people that work here are nice and considerate. CHECK it out for yourself.
