I had an issue with my account that was caused by me. I went in spoke with Rob to see if we could correct what I messed up. Due to it not being processed yet, I was told I needed to come back after processing and Rob would correct it for me. The next day, first thing in the morning Rob called me and told everything was taken care of…I was blown away. All of the workers they are very courteous and kind. They're professional, and they're quite patient with you. When they're dealing with your accounts, I love this place.
Customer Service is terrible! No one is in the office. They make you speak on the phone to someone to open a business account! I don't recommended them anymore.
