The team at the Rockledge branch has wonderful customer service! They are friendly and personable, especially Nana =) They explain offers and answered my questions thoroughly. Thank you Rockledge SCCU team!
The most Dookie credit union I've ever been with. I was with them for almost 3 years, and I walked into this one, and I was profiled as soon as I walked in and I absolutely hate the way. I was treated the whole time I was there.
I just left the bank, the teller was rude from the moment I walked up. She clearly doesn’t know nice customer service. Not helpful or nice at all.
