Do you have full body red light therapy machines like Tropitana on Arroyo Pkwy in Pasadena?
It was cool, nice staff, very friendly gentleman. I like that you have the option for some light, but it was a little loud for me so it was hard to relax with others there, but overall not bad
Great cold plunge / sauna
As a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor I travel all over the world and I am constantly looking for Fantastic places to recharge and get my contrast therapy (hot+cold) and just be able to relax and recharge in a beautiful environment, Renew Performance is exactly that! I’ve been coming to this RPC almost every day, and it has truly become a sanctuary for me during my healing journey. I’ve been dealing with spine issues and pelvic floor challenges, and using the cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, sound therapy, and massage therapy has helped me tremendously not just physically, but emotionally as well.
