Gabby and crew are such kind people. It’s always good energy when I walk into Renew Performance Center. I started coming here 5 months ago after a Plantar Fasciitis injury and needed to recover quickly for a half marathon. I used the Cold Plunges, Saunas, Compression Boots and Red Light to heal my inflammation and, 3 months in, was running again. I highly recommend coming here for the vibes and the services.
Really love the welcoming vibe of this place! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They have a whole bunch of services including massage & stretch. I did the cold plunge and infrared sauna and it was just what I needed. The service area smells so good, like warm vanilla!
Highly recommend! The facilities are top notch and Gabby and Jovi are super friendly and accommodating. Love being able to use the cold plunge and sauna as part of my morning routine.
Great concept, poor execution—broken amenities, hygiene/safety issues, and hidden policy changes made this a letdown. I joined this wellness center hoping to enjoy regular sauna sessions and a refreshing cold plunge.
