I have been to plenty massage places in the Shreveport/Bossier City area over the past few years to help alleviate my pain. So when I say this is the best spot I've ever been to, I'm not joking. I am so sad I moved away from the area. Sonja is an amazing massage therapist. She ensures you are comfortable and customizes your massage to for your needs. The massage room is so relaxing as well. I also got massages while pregnant and they were so great! I will continue to recommend Sonja to people that live in that area.

I found Spa400 through a simple google search and was able to book a 90 minute massage for the next day. No payment needed upfront which I thought was nice since I was a new client. This building is set back behind several office buildings which I didn’t know until Sonja Rose texted me ahead of time with detailed instructions. It led me right to their door with no issues.
