I clearly stated via email I wanted a certain date and time. They replied acknowledging and for me to call to confirm. I called and it was already booked.
Ang was great, she was accommodating for my sensitive back, and I felt great after the massage!
We stopped by here for a couples massage on our honeymoon and it was amazing. Marilyn really listened to my husband's problem areas and made sure to address them. Gina helped me relax (because I tend to overthink during), however she focused on the places I needed it most and it was superb. After we enjoyed the hot tub and was ready for the rest of our trip. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Edit 6 days after service: Spa ensured they canceled payment on one card in order for the payment to be placed on the correct card. Payment in fact was not canceled and now they keep saying it is out of their hands. $412 is a pretty big deal for them to not care about. Now I have to file fraud on the payment that wasn’t supposed to go through. Be very careful when making card payments with this business. Will also be filing a complaint through the BBB.
