Wonderful spa experience at William Gray! I appreciated the friendly and knowledgable ladies at the front desk and my wonderful facial from Maria!! She took care of extractions and then soothed me to sleep for the latter part. Pure bliss- *

Very relaxing experience during the holiday weekend. My sister and I both did the thermal circuit as well as massages. The staff was very accommodating and kind despite how busy they were the day we came, thank you
Horrible spa if you were looking to actually have a luxurious, quiet relaxing time. I decided to try this spa since I love this hotel and Maggie Oakes is one of my favorite restaurants. However it is definitely the worst spa I've ever been to. First, the entrance to the spa was tricky and inconvenient and was only accessible from a small random alley behind the restaurant.
