So I scheduled a massage, the owner said she needed my groupon number then she changed time 3times so I said we will reschedule. I rescheduled today and reminded her of groupon, she already redeemed it and said she thought I canceled, I tried to show her its her mistake but she cashed in thr groupon and refuses us a refund after waiting out time 2 weekends in a row then says I have to get refund from groupon but I cant because she redeemed it the first day when she kept changing times. My daughter treated me to the couple’s package at Spa Wellness Services as a birthday gift, and it was perfect. Nicolette and Acelea were attentive, warm, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The spa is clean, peaceful, and truly relaxing. Our services were done with great care and professionalism, and we both left feeling refreshed. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
We received a Couple’s massage and it was excellent.
This spa is a new discovery and I cannot wait to see it’s future growth. They offer so much, definitely a gem in the community and I’m am thrilled I fell upon it. I have been waxing for 5+ years and this is the best wax I have ever received, completely PAINLESS and very professional. Elena was absolutely amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
