I booked a couple’s stone massage and a facial for my partner on 6 September, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, there was zero customer service. The massage itself was terrible, most of the session was wasted on delays, and in the end, we received barely half of the promised treatment time. Amazing 🤩 I had a facial & Manicure it was so relaxing on the heated bed. I have a sore pelvis & I did not feel uncomfortable one bit! I was in heaven for 90 mins. Thank you again for fitting me in last minute ladies. I was on holidays & needed a pick me up & wow I was so lucky to be pampered like a queen.
