Relaxing environment. My masseuse was a bit too rough even after asking her for a softer touch. The dressing room is quite small and I didn’t go up to the pool area. I’ve been to quite a few spas at the Ritz Carlton and this one is meh. The staff was nice though.

I booked my family and I facials for my mother’s birthday, on the very day of her birthday. The overall experience was nice, everything was clean, but we were a bit disappointed since there was only water, tea and a little bit of nuts available while we waited for our appointments.
