Though no facility is perfect, Spa St. James @ The Ritz Carleton normally offers a beautiful, enriching and ultra-comforting customer service. However, the ugly crux here regarding deceit & duplicity, which is kept clandestine also from the classy & renowned Ritz-Carleton, is how owner Carol St-James solicits financial advances from loyal customers without following-up on her commitment to pay back, be it via procrastination tactics, bogus cheques and not replying to messages, etc... The SPA is actually below the first floor of the hotel... doesn't feel like it so much but it's noticeable... facilities in the spa are ok.... however the roof top pool area is the real star... lap pool, sauna, sun terrace with loungers, inside and out... staff are friendly and good at what they do... recommend the spa to anyone...
Truly outstanding experience. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I felt instantly at ease and genuinely happy. The ambiance was calming, the space was beautiful, and the entire experience was exactly what I needed.
