Spa James is such a clean, bright, and calming space. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. I went in December, and the holiday decorations inside and out made it feel extra cozy and festive. Everything was so well taken care of, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and always smiling, which made the whole experience even better. A perfect little escape in the city!
