We had two problems with our massage: 1) halfway through our massage, the music cut out and loudly blasted two loud commercials. The cacophony lasted about 15 seconds but felt interminable, as the masseuses did nothing to stop the commercials nor did they even apologize to us for the disturbance. 2) we purchased a 90-minute couples massage but the massage only lasted about 60 minutes because the first ~30min were encompassed by a welcome fruit plate, tea, and a 2-minute foot massage. I had such a great experince here! The massage and facial was so relaxing. The customer service was also great with consistent replenishing of champagne, coconut water, and snacks. I highly recommend and would definitely return for a relaxing experience!

I’ve been coming here since they had the location on Lincoln and am still impressed with the level of service I receive. They go above and beyond to make you feel special and make sure you’re happy with the services you receive. Mia is the best manicurist - truly good people and very competent and intuitive. My new favorite!

I had an amazing experience. The 1-hour massage was incredible. They welcomed me with tea and fruits, and even provided a cozy warming blanket to start. After the massage, they offered me a refreshing coconut with juice. Such thoughtful touches. I’ll definitely be coming back.
