Every time I come in here I am given the best service, from the front desk to therapists.The massage is always perfect and I love the warm oil used during the treatment.
Was staying at the hotel in room 1165, and scheduled a 25 min massage which I thought was going to be a very light and basic upper body massage. I also requested no hot oils because I didn’t want to be sticky after I had just showered, lotions only. The front desk didn’t relay the message to the therapist and before I could say anything she poured hot wax all down my back. On top of that, I received the most painful massage I’ve ever had.
