Shalonda that was my prenatal massage did fantastic. One of my best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite of few. Her pressure was just right and knew every spot to target without even me mentioning some! The Spa room was clean and stocked!

I had an excellent experience at Spa San Luis thanks to Shalanda, an outstanding massage therapist. I had recently injured my upper back during a workout and was dealing with a lot of tightness in my shoulder. Shalanda listened carefully as I explained what was going on, and she applied targeted trigger point therapy that made a huge difference. By the end of the session, I had full mobility again. Great product selection and EXCELLENT customer service. Ladies locker room is well stocked with necessities and the steam room was nice they even turned it on for me at the end of my service so I could jump right in. The staff helped me with my jewelry and were so incredibly nice. Prices are what you expect for a resort and my spa package came with a full size take home product which is an unexpected bonus. Luxurious and relaxing! They understood the assignment!!!!

Was completely a joke I was hoping it was.phones were device was there just wouldn't given 2 sh... About.the front desk and up front.floor employees seemed to always have been given the opportunity to cure cancer the exact time I was saying... Rude un helpful...at over 700 a night u want to think about having a phone and a AC unit internet.... none of worked

Let me preface by saying that I get a lot of massages (2 per month with a personal massage therapist and then more at hotels and spas whenever traveling) I also work in the spa industry so I have lots of experience with these types of treatments.
