Recommended by my chiropractor. Initially skeptical but what a suprise. The sound therapy relaxes you for the main event. Been back a few times. Every massage made me feel better and more flexible. Tanya hit all the muscles that have notted up for years. My golf buddies are raving about how much better my swing looks and how much longer I hit the ball. Great place! Taniya was so warm and welcoming! We started with the sound Therapy which was a wonderful surprise and plan to do more of that. I originally signed up for the Swedish Massage but once she started my evaluation of why I came, it was established the Deep tissue massage would best fit my needs and boy did it!! She was a complete delight and I will be frequenting her place of healing! I learned a ton while I was there as well.
I had the absolute best time with Taniya today! I did 30-minute sound therapy and a 120-minute deep tissue massage. The sound therapy was soothing and elevating, and an experience I'd like to enjoy again. The massage was super relaxing; Taniya targeted my problem areas and constantly made sure I felt comfortable in every aspect. Just went for my first visit and it was fantastic! The space was warm and inviting and the massage was top notch. My neck and shoulders have never felt better.
