I had an exceptional experience at Spa Qualia on Hamilton Island. I came in with a bad back, and the team was incredibly prompt and accommodating on short notice. Emma, my massage therapist, was absolutely amazing—gentle in every manner and highly attentive to my needs. The massage was both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. The setting is serene, the staff are professional, and the overall service is truly top-tier. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a restorative treatment in a beautiful, peaceful location.
I have been fortunate enough to get a spot a couple of times at Quail Spa without staying there. There's a process and calling them all the time isn't it. Put yourself on the waitlist through the website and they will call you. What a setting, what a beautiful spot. The service is Devine. I recently visited the spa qualia at this hotel and had an incredible experience.. once I finally made it inside. The massage was absolutely amazing, and my therapist Becky did an incredible job. Her expertise and attention to detail made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, my visit was marred by a disappointing encounter with the hotel management.
