APPALLED at the services I received from Pamper Polish & Primp (their previous name). I had my wedding on Jekyll Island. After research, I decided to book their hair and makeup services for myself and my bridesmaids. They were expensive (over $1,100 total), but it would’ve been worth it for quality work. Krystyna and Katelene did an outstanding job with the hair and make-up for our daughter's wedding in October. We were so thankful they came through - even during Hurricane Ian! They were friendly, funny, and professional making it look easy to get us all ready on time. They were excellent listeners; and everyone was pleased with the final product! They made my bride cry on our wedding day. They didn't send enough people to do the hair and makeup in a timely manner. The artists were unfriendly and wouldn't admit when they made a mistake.

Laken gets 5 stars!! She did my hair and makeup and was absolutely great. We did a trial run two days before the wedding and my hair wasn't working with the look I wanted. She was flexible and showed me 2 other styles she thought would work better and the end result was great. My makeup was a little too heavy at the trial and I was nervous even after I told her that I wanted to go lighter. But the wedding day glam was PERFECT. She listened to every concern I had and she had a solution for it (I wanted less of a makeup face, ... read more
