We are thrilled with our new spa pool - it's been a game changer. Roger and the team at Spa Pools Otago (in the Strathallan Street industrial estate) have been excellent to deal with. Positive experience from initial enquiries through to delivery. Prompt response to emails and questions, had my many questions answered to provide the details needed to make the decision to purchase. After looking online/around at a lot of spas we decided to deal local with Spa Pools Otago and im so glad we did. We went over our budget and bought a Sapphire pool and we have zero regrets, Roger and the team are so helpful and we feel totally at ease if we need to pop in with any questions we may have.
