I went to Spa Parts Online to get a replacement part, I was told they are click and collect only. I asked if I place an order now, will I be able to pick it up now or do I have to come back another day? I was told if you place the order before 3pm you can collect it now. I placed the order at 2:45, I sat and waited for 25 minutes to be then told it wouldn’t be available to collect until tomorrow. Spa Parts Online is the same company as Spa Industries Global. They sell direct and through the Just Spas brand of stores, pushing spas under many different names — Signature, Cyclone, Designer, Bullfrog, Leisurerite, Heritage, Infinity Swim Spas, Urban Pool, Silver Spas and even Wellness Saunas. But when it comes time for spare parts, suddenly they “can’t help.” How can an importer not even support the very spas they sell?! Absolutely disgraceful!!
