Ouch! Background: I get regular pedicures every 6-8 weeks. This is not a new process for me. I was visiting family and decided to treat myself. I love having pretty toes. I went in for a gel pedicure. The lady was nice. There was a language barrier. Everything was normal until it came time to do the callous removal. She used what looks like a kitchen cheese grater. I have been to this place 3xs to get a pedicure and on the last two visits I've lost a nail. I called management twice and they told me it was my problem. Had nothing to do with them. Funny how I can go anywhere else but it doesn't happen there. Fool me once shame on you for me twice shame on me. Will never go here.
There was a discrepancy in our bill, as we were charged for two gels when only one was provided
Walked in, had a small wait I sat for my pedicure (basic $36). The chair was nice the atmosphere was calm. I received a nice lotion gift for the holidays. My total was $39. I received regular polish also. The place is very pretty but the smell was off. I was taken aback by that with everything visually being so nice. Overall experience was nice besides the smell.
