I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. My nail tech, Megan, did not give me what I asked for at all. The shape and length of my nails are completely off from what I requested, and they look nothing like the reference I showed her. What really bothered me was her response when I pointed it out. I told her it wasn’t what I wanted, and she just said “oh that sucks,” then directed me to go pay—without offering to fix them or even asking how she could make it right.
