DO NOT GO HERE!! I bought 3 living socials (2 were gifts) and made an appointment a week in advance. When we showed up for our appt. the doors were locked and the lights are off. I came from 40 min away and they did not even have the courtesy to call me to cancel. I called repetedly to complain and no one ever bothered to return my call. I've contacted Living Social for a refund and am planning on calling the better business bureau. Dont waste your time like I did!
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! This salon owner is the most unprofessional AND UNETHICAL woman I've ever met. I am a Nationally Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist and she has wasted my time two weeks in a row. The owner (Dekovia) asked me to come work for her for two weekends in a row because her massage therapist walked out on her. Loved my massage and good customer service. A+ rating. Groupon Customers are crazy they all just want a free service from where ever they can. I've seen them burn many business owners by making false complaints so they can get a free service.
WORST SALON EVER! My friend and I bought a groupon here and saying we are extremely disappointed is an understatement. The color selection was about 3 colors. The staff was the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. They were on their phones , they swore, and I could see their bras under their white see through shirts, etc. We came home and re-did our nails immediately. That is how bad they looked! My 5 year-old nephew can do a better paint job! Save your time and money.
Don't waste your time! This is not a spa. Horrible service, inexperienced staff, no A/C, no station to dry your nails - I have nothing positive to say about this place. It was extremely dissapointing!
I thought this place was going to be elegant. This place is horrible. There were only two girls. They took two hours to do pedi and gel nails.. By the way.. Horrible.. Dark and not enough light so they can actually see how messed up my nails look.. And they have kids working wit them..
I got a deal on Groupon for this place....and am NOT happy! I only gave it one star because it wouldn't let me leave it blank!!!!!! This is NOT a spa...it is barely a nail place! . First, there is about 5 colors of nail polish to choose from. Second, it looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. Third, they didn't cut my cuticles... and they cut my nails crooked, uneven, and jagged. It is the WORST mani and pedi I have ever experienced. I only paid $25 for it and still feel ripped off. This place is not going to last!
When you think of a spa - you think of a beautiful interior, relaxing music, top of the line nail color choices, a professional staff that does not answer their cell phone and talk on it the entire time they are doing your nails, wine in an actual wine glass (even water from a wine glass) comfortable pedi chairs - an actual pedicure foot spa and not some tin can with hot water (I did not get a pedicure but my girlfriend did and she was highly disappointed.)
