I placed an order on Spa Moment's online store. I received the incorrect product in error. After some small initial miscommunication, Spa Moment promptly issued a refund and offered for me to keep the incorrect product, which was extremely kind. [Despite receiving the incorrect product] I'll note that the shipping was very fast and the samples that accompanied my order were generous. Spa Moment stocks nice brands of skin/spa products.
Today was my 2nd visit to Spa Moment Castle Hill and i have booked my 3rd already. I had Hansu both times and will keep coming back for my facial at Spa Moment, as I enjoyed how careful, thorough and soft her hands are. Just with my 2 visits so far I can see improvements already. She listened to my concerns and suggested what facial would work best to achieve what I want. Good customer service, clean and relaxing environment.
I did a whitening program at this shop,and the results were remarkable, the staff were friendly and patient.
I have been a customer for over 6 years and the atmosphere and customer service is top notch! My favourite person is Christina. She is very friendly and skilful. The facial treatments, waxing services and massages have been awesome and I will always come back!
