I saw a promotion from Spa Moments on Facebook advertising a deep facial cleansing for $68. Having done this facial in the past at their Castle Hill branch, I booked an appointment. When I arrived, I was told the promotion was only for new customers. Assuming I had missed that detail in the advertisement, I left without making a fuss. However, this week I saw the same ad again. Great shop to deal with, helpful and the quality of the services are great, affordable price, would highly recommend these laddies.
I placed an order on Spa Moment's online store. I received the incorrect product in error. After some small initial miscommunication, Spa Moment promptly issued a refund and offered for me to keep the incorrect product, which was extremely kind. [Despite receiving the incorrect product] I'll note that the shipping was very fast and the samples that accompanied my order were generous. Spa Moment stocks nice brands of skin/spa products.
Today was my 2nd visit to Spa Moment Castle Hill and i have booked my 3rd already. I had Hansu both times and will keep coming back for my facial at Spa Moment, as I enjoyed how careful, thorough and soft her hands are. Just with my 2 visits so far I can see improvements already. She listened to my concerns and suggested what facial would work best to achieve what I want. Good customer service, clean and relaxing environment.
I did a whitening program at this shop,and the results were remarkable, the staff were friendly and patient.
