Stopped in to have a chat with the lovely girl at the counter. I was looking for a facial they had on special and as it was my birthday I booked a full body massage as well. The lady Candy did my massage and it was the best I have ever had. She was amazing and really knew what she was doing. I have had alot of massage from here to Bali, Thailand and the Islands. I placed a skincare order from this website thinking it would arrive quick as I paid for express postage however it’s now 8 days later & I'm just receiving information saying it’s apparently been shipped… just now. They have also completely ghosted me, despite reaching out multiple times

I love SPA moment in castle hill. Good experience here. Wonderful service! The staff Jenny was very experienced for facial and IPL. All process is comfortable and efficient.
Great facial treatment with Jenny today. She is so lovely and very professional. Had a 45mins Hydra Glow Facial done and I could see visible results straight away. My face has never felt so clean!
